Back up your seed
Write the 12-word recovery phrase on paper, store it offline, and never type it into a website. If you lose the file or device, the seed is the only way back to your funds.
Verify every download
Only install Neoxa Core from the official GitHub releases. Check the SHA-256 against the signed checksums file in the release. Skip mirrors, skip random links from chat.
Never share keys
No moderator, dev, or support agent will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone asking is a scammer. Same goes for screen-share requests during a wallet issue.
